Located at Mount Cottrell in the outer Western Suburbs of Melbourne Victoria, Chetar Arabians is a 120 acre Full Facility Agistment Property dedicated to providing First Class Agistment Services to fellow horse enthusiasts in addition to being a fledging Arabian Stud focused on obtaining unique colour attributes in Purebred & Derivative Arabians of select lineage.

Another Breeding Season is over, and its' been by far the best one yet for Chetar Arabians!
A lot has happened here over the last few months, and I felt it was time for my website to show it all off!

Azzaam's first foal crop has arrived and they are all just spectacular - I couldn't have asked for more!
Azzaam well and truly lived up to all of the expectations and hopes I had for him as a stud sire. He's proven to be just as prepotent as his pedigree and type indicates he should be, consistently stamping his foals with those awesome attributes that captivated me in the first place, improving upon each of the mares he was bred to and together each breeding has produced an exceptional individual full of charisma and presence - And all four of his foals to date, three of them fillies, have all inherited at least one colour gene from their sire! How could I not be ecstatic with my main man!
We were expecting a fifth arrival but unfortunately it was not to be, and yet even though, this past season couldn't be classed as anything less than a complete success for us, with every foal that arrived being better than the one before!
More information and photos of all of this past seasons' foal crop can be seen on their individual pages, found via the Youngstock Page, and more information and photos of Azzaam can be found via the Stallions Page.

Chetar Arabians also welcomed an exciting new addition to the mares band in recent weeks. Another stunning addition to our Coloured Derivative Breeding Program, who's arrived in foal to an awesome stallion whose lines I've admired for years!
This newest addition to Chetar Arabians - Shawnee Bint Shaneka - can be seen via the Mares Page.

The other new addition to Chetar Arabians family is not four legged, but rather a two legged newbie.
A highly qualified and experienced instructor/trainer has joined us direct from the UK. Elaine Hughes is already proving to be an asset to Chetar Arabians with the recent provision of onsite instruction being popular among the agisters here.
Elaine will soon be providing a full range of tuition and education services to local horse owners as well as joining the Chetar Arabians team in the show ring next season. More information on the new services available at Chetar Arabians can be found on the Services Page, and more information on both myself & Elaine's qualifications & experience

All of these new arrivals and the excitement they've brought had me really keen to get to work updating the website so I could show off all of the newbies that've joined us in recent months! Anyone familiar with the Chetar Arabians Website will quickly notice that there's quite a bit of new stuff to have a squiz at - Individual Pages for all of the new foals have been uploaded, along with the Mares Page having been updated to include an Individual Page for our newest member. There's new photos up for a few of the Mares on their individual pages, and new information on just about all of their pages.
I'll be making further updates across the website in the coming weeks, with more information as well as new photos for many of the Chetar Arabians horses.

I've also spent a fair bit of time lately the first topic pages of the Equine Colour Genetics section of my website done.
I'm extremely happy to announce that the first pages are finally ready for a sneak peek viewing....
There's still some final touches to be done on the information already uploaded, and a whole heap pf photo examples to still be added yet as well, so bare in mind that what you'll see is only the beginning of much more yet to come!!
For the time being you can check out the first few pages that've been uploaded so far at.....
www.chetar-arabians.com/colour-genetics

I hope you enjoy your tour of the more recently updated pages on my website.
As always, any and all feedback is welcome!
