Chetar Al Shareeq

The pairing of this young colt's parents was the culmination of one of my very long term breeding goals that I'd been determined to accomplish since my childhood when I first became enamoured with the Arabian breed and began daydreaming about a life that revolved around the most beautiful and ethereal of all equines....
I still remember those days when I'd read the AHN and stare longingly at the lovely Arabians within those pages.... One of the very first AHN's I ever read featured the dreamhorse I'd forever wished for... the coloured arabian stallion that would cement the daydream in my mind and have me eventually dedicate my life to attaining the spectacular colour arrays on quality Arabians that I strive for to this day.... Niarla Amiracle - the epitome of all I had longed for for such a long time, and to this day he remains one of my favourite Arabians of all time. From day one I have been determined to breed a foal sired by Amiracle, yet the years passed without this dream coming to fruition since Amiracle resides so very far away from me and is not available via artificial insemintation.
So when the opportunity arose to purchase a very special and highly unique mare from Niarla Arabians that I instantly knew would be a major asset to my breeding program, I knew that fate had spoken. Not only would I be procuring another extremely rare and intensely coloured young lady for Azzaam, but I would also be able to introduce the bloodlines of one of the world's most popular and highly regarded stallions to the Chetar Arabians Breeding Program... This foal would not only bring the longed for lineage of Niarla Amiracle, but would also incorporate the lines of two of Chetar Arabians foundation stallions, carrying a triple cross to El Shaklan and being from the one and only pinto progeny from an Anaza El Nizr offspring and so incorporating the lines of Ruminaja Ali along with the linebreeding to El Shaklan...
For the first time in my life I wished and prayed almost every night of Shaneka's pregnancy that I would be gifted with a Colt....with Palomino Tobiano colouring of course! So I can't accurately describe with words the absolute joy that I felt when I helped deliver this stunning young man! He is more than I could've ever hoped to achieve this early in my Breeding Program - The only word that comes close to describing him is "Brilliant"... And so Chetar Arabians first foal for the 2010/11 Season was christened "Chetar Al Shareeq"..."The Brilliant One"... & he is certainly that!!
