Chetar Arabians highly competitive Agistment Rates start from only $85 per calendar month for the Shared Paddocks and $150 per calendar month for the Private Paddock,s and there are great discounts available for multiple horses and/or paddocks. That works out at around $19 per week for the Shared Paddock and $34 per week for a Private Paddock - AND - Included in those prices is the full use of all of the property facilities that you see pictured here!*
Agistment Services
Chetar Arabians is also able to provide specialized services and agistment to meet highly specific needs of clients. Be it quarantine services prior to export, unique care requirements for a special needs, injured or sick horse, or you simply don't have the time, energy, or maybe even the knowledge, to fulfill your equine breeding dreams - I have the qualifications, experience, resources and time to provide the highest quality services specifcally tailored to yours and your horses needs. The specialty services I offer are usually an intensive undertaking on my part, so places are limited and prior bookings are absolutely essential. Contact me to discuss your specific needs.

Services
Chetar Arabians Private Paddocks are extremely safe and secure. Diamond Mesh fencing is considered the safest fencing available by the world's leading riders, trainers and breeders alike. The major causes of paddock injuries are completely eliminated with Diamond Mesh Fencing. These paddocks are able to house stallions and colts without the need for electrics - No other type of fencing is reccommended for entires without the additional security of electrics! These paddocks also have the extra security feature of individual fencing. There are no adjoining fences on any of the Private Paddocks. The Chetar Arabians Private Paddocks also have large shelters, all with secure wooden kickboards and textured concrete floors with a slight slope. Some paddocks also have optional 40gallon drums 3/4 filled with concrete for use as ultra secure feeders at head height. All of the Private Paddock shelters face East, giving protection to the horses throughout the hottest parts of the day, as well as from the worst of wind and bad weather. All Private Paddocks have secure concrete automatic water troughs in the corner of the paddocks. The troughs are just over 1.5 Foot off the ground, with the water supply and floats situated on the outside of the fence so the horses cannot tamper with their water supply. These are just the main features of the Chetar Arabians Private Paddocks. I cannot extol the virtues of these paddocks enough, they are fantastic!
*Exclusive Use of Stables incur additional charges starting from only $40 per calendar month for one stable. This charge applies when an Agister elects to reserve a Stable for their use only - Chetar Arabians also has Stables with Day Yards set aside for Common Use [used by all agisters] at no additional charge.

Chetar Arabians now has two Shared Paddocks, one with round bales of hay supplied on a weekly basis [Hay Fed Paddock] and the other, without the hay supply, for horses on Full or Partial Board, or fed daily by their owners [Hard Fed Paddock].
The Hay Fed Paddock is approximately 35acres in size and the Hard Fed Paddock is approximately 25 acres in size, both with 6 strand flat wire and wooden post fencing. The Hard Fed Paddock has an adjoining post and rail yard for easy separation from the herd at feed times if and when required. The Agistment Rate for both of the Shared Paddocks starts at $85 per calendar month for one horse, with great discounts available for each additional horse housed within the Shared Paddocks.
