The night of 28th November 2009 saw my lovely mare Shyning Lyte give birth to the long awaited first born daughter sired by Chetar Arabians Purebred Stallion AZZAAM [Valor x Azima].
I am still pinching myself weeks after the arrival of this little lady - She is simply exquisite in every way, and is so much more than I had hoped to achieve with this breeding!
She has been christened "Chetar El Jahzara", and is the second foal to arrive for the 09/10 Breeding Season at Chetar Arabians.
El Jahzara translates to 'The Beauty' in Arabic, and Jazz is most certainly that - She is every coloured breeders' dream result and I couldn't be happier with this little lady!

Chetar El Jahzara is the fourth born 75% Arabian Derivative born at Chetar Arabians - She is, however, the first 75% Arabian Derivative Pinto Filly born at Chetar Arabians - And every coloured breeders' dream result! Jazz is exactly what I ordered the day that her dam Shyne was bred to Azzaam! She's everything I'd hoped for & more!
Jazz carries three colour genes - The white pinto patterns Tobiano and Sabino Overo, along with the white roaning pattern Rabicano. Jazz has also inherited the white blonde Flaxen Gene from her parents, giving her an eyecatching, spectacular array of colour!
Jazz carries the bloodlines of Arabian greats - Four crosses to El Shaklan through Simeon Sa'ar & Amir El Shaklan, a double cross to Sarika, TR Viktor [Nariadni by Nabeg x Muscalean by Muscat], all through her sire, as well as Danteffa and Nihal Phillipa through her dam! The remaining 25% non Arabian breeding consists of some of the most succesful and admired pony lines in Australia, if not the world!
Jazz has inherited all of the best qualities of her sire and dam,
displaying more of the classic Arabian type and charisma than many Purebreds around today, with the addition of spectacular colour that really sets her apart from the rest. This young lady is the complete package - Correct conformation that exceeds the breed standard - Awesome, elevated carriage - An 'in your pocket', charismatic temperament - All topped off with sensational colour!
Jazz will mature galloway height, and will undoubtedly be one to watch in the show ring. Her dam Shyne has cemented her place in the Chetar Arabians mare band with Jazz's arrival, having now produced two from two fillies that I've not hesitated in retaining - This is one breeding that I will most definitely be repeating in the very near future!
